Valley Fest Competition
In partnership with Yeo Valley and Valley Fest 2016, students from Chew Valley School are being given an amazing opportunity to design the official bag for the festival.
Taking place from 2nd – 4th September, Valley Fest is a family friendly festival aimed at foodies and music lovers alike and has been described as ‘The best little festival in the world’.
Just imagine – thousands of people walking around the festival site carrying your bag! In addition, the winner will receive free entry to the festival for their family, plus a voucher to spend on Yeo Valley products/breakfast in the Yeo Valley Canteen, at the festival. Finally, as if that’s not enough, all profit from the bag sales will go to The Valley Performing Arts Space – the new community arts centre which we are trying to build at Chew Valley School.
So, how do you get involved?
To take part in the competition you need to produce a design for the bag (obviously).
The design must measure 30 x 30cm and should include the Yeo Valley logo. Students should also think about the sort of mood or feel they are trying to create.
Up to 4 colours in the design (but white will be included as 1 of these) and, as the designs will be screen printed onto the bags, they shouldn’t be too intricate.
Entry forms can be collected from Mr Conway in the Performing Arts office and all completed designs must be returned to the office by Monday 16th May at the latest.
Terms and Conditions are also available from Performing Arts office.
